Referral Program

Welcome to the Sackville Hearing Centre Referral Program.

We are lucky to have a number of satisfied patients, many of whom actively refer friends and family to our clinic. In an effort to reward that loyalty we have designed a referral program. Simply fill in your name on the reverse of the Referral Card* and pass it along to your friends and family members who are not currently patients in our practice. When the person presents the card at their appointment you will receive a special gift, courtesy of Sackville Hearing Centre.
 
Refer 6 people who come in for an exam and your name will be entered into a draw for a special gift!
